"The arrangement was beautiful after the third attempt, which should not have happened.....since the original order instructions strictly stated equal amounts of (maroon & gold) dark red & yellow roses. This was an "in sympathy" arrangement for a classmate to be made with our high school colors (maroon & gold). Good I was sitting at my laptop on my email when the first picture came in with NO yellow roses or yellow at all. I called & asked for the instructions to be read to me, which were as I stated above.....then I asked for the equal amount of yellow roses. The 2nd attempt pic came in & it only had 2 yellow roses. So, then I called & just asked to PLEASE just put 2 more yellow roses & I would accept it, especially, since it needed to be delivered soon for the service. Another review point would be that this size arrangement should not cost near to $200. A positive feedback is that I did love receiving the picture of the arrangement. I am so thankful that I was checking my email at the time the pic with the first incorrect arrangement came in. Thank you for continuing to strive to get it right.....as they say (even if I don't always agree under this matter) "third time is charm". "
