"Good afternoon,
I’m very disappointed with the service. The flower delivery was scheduled between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM, but no one arrived and I still have no update on where the flowers are. Unfortunately, this completely ruined the surprise and caused a very bad experience.
At this point, I would like a full refund, since the delivery was not completed as promised. I would appreciate an immediate response and solution.

It looks great. I just don't see that you replace the carnations with a different flower. Maybe the card is covering it??

Great from start to finish. I called about the flowers online.I wanted see in person the arrangement, went by the shop and even bigger and better in person. Now that i have used them, I will use them again and trust them with my phone and online orders. Staff was helpful on phone and even when I went into the shop!!!! Thank you.
