This team is amazing. They tried to deliver my order, and I had the wrong address, so they called and got the correct address. It was great customer service.

My daughter's birthday and she has moved so I needed to find a new florist in the Lee's Summit area. I did an online search/research and found All A' Bloom. Andrea was super helpful and patient and she helped me find an arrangement that was perfect for my daughter's day. They even send a picture before delivering and the flowers were so bright, colorful and cheerful. I need to make an edit on the message in the card when I called back and got Sydney who was very accommodating and professional. I will use them again and appreciate the customer service and the talents of the team at All A' Bloom. Thank you!

I liked the arrangement but I would liked a few more red roses. Your service was great - timely delivery. I really appreciated receiving a photo and being notified when it was delivered. When I placed the order by phone the person was most helpful and assuring. Perhaps I should have been more specific how many roses I wanted. Overall I am very pleased with your service.

The flowers themselves were pretty and nicely arranged, but for $175, I expected a much larger and more substantial arrangement. The bouquet was surprisingly small for the price and didn't feel like good value. Beautiful flowers, but unfortunately far too expensive for what I received.

I ordered the Sailor Blue and was concerned it didn't match the photo but was just the lighting. The florist called me and sent me a video to make sure I was happy. They are perfect! I really appreciate them taking the time to make sure I was happy with the final product.
