Ordering from out of state was a breeze. The person taking my order was very kind and patient as we walked through the steps of finding the name of the deceased, obituary, and service location. There was a minimum order value for delivery that wasn't obvious from online research, but it was alright. The photo I received of the arrangement on the day of delivery was beautiful (florist choice with my recommendation of ‘theme'), and I trust it will arrive at the destination as promised.

I mentioned in my original review that I didn't see gerber daisies in the bouquet. Never fear - I received a call within moments of submitting my review and the designer was able to magically make the bouquet even more beautiful by incorporating gerber daisies. Absolutely beautiful bouquet and outstanding customer service. Thank you!!
