"Super bummed about this. I feel like the young girl was going fast and not quite understanding I just needed a tiny rose on a ribbon for a baby corsage. I did this before and they accommodated my request and only charged me a small fee. They charged me $25 for this o e which is what I saw the cost of normal corsages on bracelets cost but this is just for one rose on a ribbon. I feel really sick to my stomach that I paid so much for this and when I mentioned it when I picked it up they just still seemed like they didn’t care and that was the cost. I always use flower patch but just feel like this customer service was lacking this time and truly $25 for one small rose on a ribbon is actually insane. "

I had a couple of unique needs so called in my order. The staff, Holly, was friendly and incredibly helpful. She made sure that my unique requests were honored in the final product. We are so pleased with the beautiful planter Flower Patch in Bountiful created and delivered for us! It looked exactly like the picture, but even better! It was large, full, nicely arranged, and fresh. Their customer service was so kind and went out of their way to please. I was “last minute” getting my order in and they still delivered in time for a morning funeral. I'm so grateful! Definitely will use them again.
