Gorgeous! Thank you, exactly what I ordered.

I ordered these flowers for a friend who had just lost a loved one, and they were absolutely beautiful. My friend loved them. I've had experiences in the past where flowers didn't look nearly as nice as the pictures online, but that was not the case here at all. The arrangement was stunning and clearly made with care. Thank you for such beautiful work.

This was perfect. The chocolate is so good. The celebrant liked it.

The arrangements were very nice. However, some of the details were missing on the order. I ordered three of the same type of arrangements and only one was on the counter for pickup which caused some confusion. If the invoice had stated 3 x [arrangement type]this would have been helpful for the store employees and the person picking up the flowers. In addition the cards with a thank you note we're missing so I had to do an emergency run to the store to get thank you cards to put on the arrangement. All in all, I really liked the flowers, but missing details made the experience not as good as it could have been. Thanks for the opportunity to provide feedback to improve future customers' experiences.
