I loved the flowers. They really cheered up my friend. I like that you send a picture so I can see what is being delivered and that the actual arrangement looks like the photo you order from. Beautiful healthy flowers.

The memorial spray is lovely. I appreciate that the designer used the colors I requested. Since I am not in Houston and won't see the arrangement personally, I really appreciate getting a photo of the spray.

It looks nothing like the “Quiet Grace” arrangement on your website, other than my request to replace the lavender roses with yellow roses. I specifically said I wanted the dark purple flowers like what was in the picture.
