For the price I was expecting something grander.

The arrangement is beautiful and my mother in law loved it! Customer service was excellent to ensure it got to her despite being discharged from the hospital.

I would give 10 stars if I could. The arrangement is gorgeous! So bright and vibrant just like pictured on the site. They send you a photo of your actual arrangement before delivery. Originally, the arrangement was lovely with the right flowers but colors looked softer, more muted. I called right away and mentioned the softer colors. She was so kind and really listened. They redid the arrangement with same flowers but brighter like the online image. They sent a new photo and followed up with me to make sure I was happy with my order. Outstanding customer service! Despite being out of state, will definitely use them again!

Beautiful bouquet of roses and Oriental lilies for my very special friend. They were very much appreciated for their quality and I appreciated the advice provided on how to package them for presentation on stage. The bouquet was ready by the time I said I needed them. Very good service.

It's a pretty arrangement but doesn't match the image on the website. I chose the arrangement based on the image and description which used the words "vibrant, bright, lively, uplifting." While still lovely, these colors are much more muted which gives a different mood.

The plants were beautiful and we were surprised by the wooden basket..much nicer than a wicker basket. Thank you! I do miss Compton prices. 150.00 was a great deal of money for two 6 inch potted plants. Possibly your overhead has increased significantly with Breen's. I love that you sent a photo! That was a nice extra touch.

Perfect absolutely Perfect!

Very pleased with both the service and the results! Because it was short notice, we went with Designer's Choice. We called, gave some general information about the recipient and the occasion, and Carol (super helpful and kind!) gave us some flower suggestions as a "base" for them to build from. She said they'd send a picture and to let them know if there was anything we wanted changed before delivery. Wow! We felt they did a great job of "interpreting" the guidance we provided and loved that we were able to give a unique arrangement The recipient and her mom were both also very impressed with the arrangement and wondered how we'd found the florist (Googled "best florist near..." and went with the one with the highest rating). Bonus: I was pleasantly surprised that there was no rush-order fee and that the delivery fee was VERY reasonable!! Thank you - y'all did great!
