Gorgeous arrangement as always. Breen's never disappoints.

The flowers were beautiful, bright, and colorful, which I absolutely loved. The arrangement was lovely and exactly the cheerful display I wanted for my mother's resting place. I did have a few concerns with this delivery. I was a little disappointed that the card was left prominently attached to the front of the arrangement. If the card must remain attached, I would suggest placing it toward the back of the display so that it does not interfere with the presentation. That way, when the arrangement is photographed from the front, you see the full beauty of the flowers rather than the card becoming part of the focal point. In this case, the flowers were far too beautiful for anything to distract from them. I also had to call and request a picture of the completed arrangement. This is the second time I have had to follow up for a photo, and since receiving a picture of the finished arrangement is part of the service I selected, I would appreciate receiving it without having to call and request it. I did notice that a couple of the flowers appeared slightly wilted or droopy, but it was nothing significant enough for me to make an issue of. Overall, I was very pleased with the arrangement itself. The colors were vibrant, the flowers were beautiful, and the design was lovely. My concerns are really about the finishing details and consistency of the service. When I send flowers to my mother's resting place, I am not there to see them in person. The photograph is my opportunity to see what was placed there on my behalf, which is why both the presentation and receiving the promised photo are particularly important to me. Beautiful work overall. I would just like to see a little more attention given to these final details.

4 star would look nicer with just a a little more purple

Unfortunately I was not happy with the arrangement. In the picture the arrangement looked a lot bigger but when I saw them at the funeral home I couldn't believe how much smaller they were . The flowers looked a little wilted. I was not the only one that noticed. I did appreciate that they got there in time

Breen's Pasadena was accommodating when the arrangement didn't quite meet expectations. They cam to funeral home and added more material.
