Receiving the picture of what was sent was very helpful especially because I was so far away. But the picture was not what I ordered. I was advised the wrong picture had been sent but I did not receive a picture of what was sent.

They took a picture of the arrangement before delivering and it looked exactly like the one I ordered. It was delivered the day after I ordered it. My friend was so happy to receive it. Excellent service and quality!

I'm writing this review after seeing the arrangement in person. I appreciate that I was sent a picture of the flower arrangement to show what to expect. The picture makes the arrangement look smaller than in person. It was beautiful and perfect for a funeral. Still debating whether it was worth $200 with an added deliver fee since it was delivered on Sunday.
