10/10. Arrangement was very similar to what was pictured and they sent a pic before delivery. My friend loved her flowers and did not mention any issues—and she lived in an apartment complex, too. I will definitely be ordering from Breen's again!

Ordering flowers for my daughter who lives in another city was so easy. I found Breen's through google and I'm so happy with the outcome. The process was easy and I loved that I got a picture of what was actually going to be delivered. I will order again from Breen's and I would 100% recommend.
