Roses look beat up. Leaves are wilting, indicating not fresh enough. If there were no fresh Moab variety available, i would have picked different kind instead. 😒

Great customer service. I ordered flowers for a family member who was in the hospital. I live 1,200 miles away. Breen's follow up with emails and photos gave me assurance that my well wishes were received. Nice touch.
