Receiving a picture of the floral spray was an unexpected surprise. I have sent many flowers arrangements over the years and this is the first time I actually got to see the arrangement. The gorgeous flowers were left at Gayle's door at 5:17 pm in full sun which is totally unacceptable. A storm from Bertha came through at 6 pm and as you could image, beat them down. Gayle didn't get home until 7:30 as she was celebrating her birthday. This was my first and last purchase.
