For the first time ever in my history of ordering flowers, I received a photograph of my order before it was delivered. The photo confirmed that the arrangement is gorgeous and perfectly expresses my sentiments for the occasion. No shortcuts or inferior substitutions. Breen's Florist delivers an elevated product and top notch service. This is my new go-to florist.

I really appreciate the photo. I think she'll love it. You asked for feedback: If you're going to take a photo to impress a customer, think about the composition a little more. You could have made this photo much more appealing if you had cropped the background out and had better lighting (flourescent here??) Also the two rear stems stick out like antennae ...they would have worked fine if they had been tucked closer to the body of the arrangement.

Filler is not favorite, disappointed with color overall, I was hoping for pastels for blond 17 year old teenager. This pretty but more appropriate for older females. I will be more specific in future orders
