Flowers arrived semi wilted an no water. They were initially supposed to be delivered Monday but did not Arrive till Saturday Waited all day they arrived at 7:50 pm.

I never received the flowers. That was very unfair since I later found out my son had paid for it. This has never happened to me before . I trust you will make this right.
