I was disappointed in my roses. In 3 days they started drooping and were gone in 5 days.

My white bouquet just arrived at the venue although it was supposed to arrive 3 days ago on Friday the 29th. I do expect a full refund on that arrangement. The two that did arrive were stunning! I will give you a more than outstanding rating, but only after you refund me for the arrangement that arrived 3 days late.

I received this bouquet as a sympathy gift and it is lovely. I appreciated some buds still have to bloom so I will be able to enjoy it for quite a while. The personalized card they facilitated making was really nice as well. I was a happy recipient and would certainly order myself in the future.
