Flower Patch was so easy to work with and order over the phone for delivery; since I live out of state, I really appreciated that they took the time to send a photo so I could see the finished arrangement. They made this process as easy as possible and I had a great experience.

The flower arrangement was beautiful and was delivered in a very timely manner. The only thing I wish is that they had rang the doorbell and let the people know they were there. Fortunately, the people saw them coming, but they just left it on the porch, but in any event, it was wonderful and I will use them again

The flowers from Flower Patch for my uncle's funeral were absolutely beautiful. Everything turned out even better than we hoped, and it truly meant so much to our family during such a difficult time. We're very grateful for the care and attention that went into every detail—thank you for a job well done.

Flower Patch was EXCELLENT to work with! I ordered flowers just a day before the funeral. Flower Patch proactively called the funeral home to coordinate delivery and called me back with questions. The flowers were delivered early and the arrangement was beautiful. Highly recommend!

Received several emails regarding order and payment. Next I received an email that the flowers had been delivered called the person I sent the flowers to, to make sure they had been delivered. No, they had not been delivered. I called flower patch and spoke with a male person who pretty much argued that they did not send the email that the flowers were delivered. I told him it was from flower patch but he didnt listen or didnt care not sure which one or both. He said they will be there by 6pm. I told him that was poor practice to mark something delivered when it had not been delivered. But again he didnt care.

Perfect for what I sought. Customer service was also perfect. I'd highly recommend Flower Patch for your floral gift needs. One thing however, I attempted to order online, was at checkout & it didn't work. I had to call the store to place the order & somehow the total was .20 cents more without a valid explanation.

I ordered this arrangement specifically for the frilly edges of the star gazer Lilles as shown in the product photograph. However my arrangement did not contain the lillies as shown. They are straight edged and boring. Also had to deal with an inquisition from customer service into the intimate details of my relationship with my pregnant wife to finalize the order.

I'm glad I ordered flowers from Flower Patch. I needed a nice bouquet to be delivered for my daughter's birthday at the U, and Flower Patch was not only quick, but the flowers were beautiful and accurate to what was shown on their site (they even send a photo of the arrangement). My daughter loved the floral surprise…thank you Flower Patch for making this special! 5/5 stars for sure, and will continue to order from your shop 👌🏼
