I am very impressed by the customer care of The Flower Patch. The phone order was professionally done with kindness. They emailed me a photo of the completion of the beautiful basket bouquet so I could see it before the delivery. And a complimentary email of its delivery was sent promptly. The arrangement was fresh and beautiful! They were quick and arrived during the arrival window quoted. I also love that you get a photo of the actual arrangement that is being delivered!
