I just saw it in person, it is beautiful but for the amount of money it was VERY SPARSE and was in an ugly plastic container. I called this morning at 8:17 to change delivery address. And it was still delivered at the wrong address.

Ms. Nancy Hynes called me soon after her flowers were delivered, raving about how beautiful they are! She also said some of your flowers, which were delivered almost two weeks ago, are still fresh. CONFIDENTIAL: Nancy followed with this observation: she remarked about the pleasant demeanor of the delivery lady and her kind attention to details. FYI, Ms. Hynes holds two advanced degrees; one in special education, the other in neurological science. She has been very active in community activities over the years. Your company and I are dealing long distance. Obviously, I do not know the delivery lady, much less the owners of your shop. But I share this vignette for your benefit, and especially for the lady who delivered your beautiful creation. My Dear: One beautiful smile from a caring person, and a few kind words sincerely and joyfully shared are of inestimable value in a hurting world! So, when someone asks you what is your job? Tell them that you deliver JOY and beautiful flowers! 🌹
