I have literally been working with Karen's Florist and this incredible team for over 10 years, and when I say their dedication, knowledge, attention to detail, and commitment to hospitality are unmatched, I mean it. Every staff member embodies that standard—even the newest members of the team. There are so many florists with different styles and techniques, but the creativity, selection, and incredible catalog that Karen's Florist offers are truly unbelievable. The fact that they can help me send flowers across the globe makes them even more exceptional. Through every occasion good, bad, celebratory, personal, or professional they have always been there for me and my clients. One phone call. One email. Staying open late. Last-minute requests. No matter what kind of bind I find myself in, Karen's Florist comes through over and over and over again. What makes them special isn't just the flowers—it's the people. They make ordering easy. They make pickup and delivery easy. They educate me, guide me, and genuinely cater to whatever my needs may be, wherever in the world I need their help. I will forever be grateful to this flower shop—to the boss lady, Kevin, and the entire team behind the scenes who make everything happen. After more than a decade, they have earned my trust, my loyalty, and my business. we received 2 arrangements, one a gift and the other callas. The roses in gift area restating on arrival. These calls have not remained fresh as long as past calla orders from you. Overall, somewhat disappointed

What a beautiful arrangement. The professionals at Karin's helped make the process easy and quick. They were very compassionate and caring in helping me to select the appropriate arrangement for a funeral. Down to the last detail. I loved that they even sent a photograph of the arrangement before sending it out. I would highly recommend the wonderful people at Karin's Florist!

Bryan was a complete pleasure to work with on the arrangements we ordered for our son's rehearsal dinner. What was most impressive was after receiving a photo of them the morning of we desired some modifications and he was receptive & responsive. We ended up with exactly what we'd hoped for.

I liked getting the photograph. However, when I picked up the arrangement I was disappointed. The cost exceeded the size of the arrangement and was not aligned. I expected a larger and fuller arrangement. I was remiss in not discussing onsite.

The arrangement I ordered was for a funeral. The team at Karin's Florist did a fabulous job with the arrangement and got it there in time for the viewing, despite my giving them very late notice. The arrangement of flowers and statue of Mary are larger than the photo shows, and it was a beautiful addition to the funeral service. It received several compliments. The team sent me a photo of the arrangement, which was a very nice touch. Great work! Thank you!

The casket spray was beautiful. We asked for Virginia Tech's colors, and they found lovely flowers to match the maroon and orange.

This arrangement was intended to mirror my bridal bouquet, with white calla lilies and roses, along with lots of greens. It turned out beautiful. I really appreciate the way Karin's worked with me.
