McShan never fails in quality. Ordering online was so easy, and they kept me updated from beginning to end, including sending a picture of the actual arrangement and letting me know when it was actually delivered. EXCELLENT!!

I needed a wreath for a funeral on 1 days notice. I arrived in a panic. Jasmine your great employee jumped in, fixed it and made it happen. No fuss just incredible service. Product delivered on time & it was beautiful. Jasmine on a score of 1 to 10 was a 12. She gets 5 stars. If everybody delivered this level of customer service my world would be a wonderful place. My thanks to her and McShan's for a just not just well done but amazing.

While the flowers /colors are exactly what I wanted, the arrangement doesn't look like a $75 arrangement. In addition, the quality of the flowers is disappointing. The hydrangeas are drooping, and the lily's leaves are broken. There was also a stem that wasn't even stuck/secured in the vase, but rather the stem was sticking out of the arrangement.
