The arrangement was as beautiful as I had hoped. It made a stately, dignified presence. I must commend the McShan office and driver for extra effort to make the delivery on time. I am grateful for the office's phone call and follow-up and driver's determination to make the delivery in time for the memorial service. That is personal, empathetic service.
