"We did receive the flowers on our anniversary date. We had ordered large and was initially disappointed because it seemed like we received a smaller arrangement. It looks as if several of the flowers had not yet bloomed, but the flowers are now starting to bloom. Overall, the photo appeared larger than what I actually received. "

I received 2 floral arrangements. Both were sub par. The first had leaves with holes in them and the pink flowers were droopy and pretty much dead on arrival. The second was not much better than the first with flowers that were not fresh and leaves turned backwards. My sister sent these for my 88th birthday. She was very disappointed and dismayed at the presentation as she ordered it based on a photograph and it wasn't what she expected. I was unaware of how it was supposed to look, however it didn't evoke the “Oh my Goodness, it's so beautiful” response. Hopefully, when you know better you'll do better.
