"Flower arrangement was beautiful. I paid 10 dollars for an extra card with a message and it was printed on a tiny piece of paper with another apology message on it as well. Delivery man was rude and immediately asked for a tip, despite the delivery being a day late. When I called to see where the order was I kept getting moved to a different call of different robots until I was simply hung up on. While I am happy with the beautiful flowers but the rest of the service could be much improved on. Not worth the extra money when the extra things you paid for aren't delivered. Not worth 70 dollars."

I have not received any flowers today. What in the hell you guys doing. Horrible service! I wish I can grade you with zero start. I will ask my love one not to use you guys for future arrangements. Bad bad bad service.
