"This arrangement was polar opposite of what daughter ordered and paid for. Looked like they used flowers that were left over. There were couple of roses, couple of mums, couple of carnations all in pink bubble gum color. Added babies breaths and some purple flowers which sort of coordinated with the pink but then added 2 bright yellow Gerber daisies that stuck out like an after thought. Looked like an arrangement for a child's birthday party not for a 63 year old mother. When daughter sent me pick of what she selected I told her to insist on refund "

I was very disappointed. I spent $$$ ordering a full beautiful bouquet but when the flower shop sent the original order, it was nothing like we discussed. I had to call and wait for them to fix this issue. Then after that, I hoped everything was smooth sailing, but I do not know if the flowers were even delivered with the correct note. No confirmation like I was promised.

The flowers were beautiful, colorful and a nice variety. The delivery person was very personable and kind. She went over and beyond what most people would do because I wasn't home and she waited for about 5 minutes until I could get there. She should get a raise!
