So happy with the beautiful arrangement I ordered from the Flower Patch! They were delivered fresh and on time. I would highly recommend them!

Excellent service and prices

I ordered an arrangement for a 50th anniversary. I ordered it through Salt Lake City. It was for deliverary in Orem, so it was the Provo Flower Patch. It was for deluvery on Thursday April 11th. I did not receive the picture until Monday April 15th. It certainly was not what I ordered. Needless to say I was very UNHAPPY. I called the Salt Lake store, who have always done beautiful arrangements, I have never been disatisfied with them. They tried to make up for the arrangement, but the disappointment really can't be un done. I will continue to order through the Salt Lake location, but I will NEVER have anything else to do with the Provo store. I will also give plenty of advertisement. ZERO stars for the Provo star.

I live across the country and so I just had to depend on reviews...which really helped me choose YOU and I was very delighted and satisfied. Thank you for going above and beyond to fill my order! It's lovely and I'm very grateful.

The flowers are nice. Very disappointed with the delivery. Was told they would be there the next day between 8-12. They didn't even arrive until after 2.

They look pretty but I honestly expected more for the cost. My cousin is a florist and she said she would have only priced an arrangement like this at about $90 not $130something.
