The floral arrangement was beautiful! My recipient was really happy to receive them and continued to enjoy them for a few more weeks. The flowers really made her day! On the other hand, since I made an online order and saw a photo of the bouquet first, I was initially worried about the quality being lower than what was advertised on their website or what was worth what I paid for. So I called them, and they gave me wonderful costumer service--they were very attentive to my concerns and reassured me that the flowers were much better in person. Thank you to the team at Salvy's!

Salvy The Florist has excellent customer service. I have been ordering flowers from Salvy The Florist for over 30 years.The flowers were delivered at the time they said they would be delivered. The flowers delivered are beautiful and exactly what I ordered. One very happy customer.

It's pretty, but I thought I ordered the round wreath, not the heart. I guess it's too late to do anything about it now. It was good to get a picture, but I haven't seen it in person yet.

I am sorry to say that I am not happy with this arrangement. I specifically chose a plant without flowers and one that looked much more lively. This one that got delivered looks a bit sad and has white flowers. Can you please advise on what options we have to right this situation? I honestly don't want anything else delivered to disturb the family but perhaps a refund. Thanks for understanding.
