"The flowers were beautiful and really appreciated by the recipient. She sent me a photo and they were so fresh.
My complaint would be that I couldn’t get a receipt with the name of the person the flowers were going to. As I ordered for a group using my credit card I wanted the Invoice to collect the money. "

I am extremely disappointed with the flowers I received. They look nothing like the photos advertised on your website. The arrangement I got was much smaller, poorly put together, and lacked the quality and fullness shown in the pictures. This feels misleading, as the product delivered is completely different from what was promised. I expected fresh, vibrant flowers arranged professionally, but instead received something that looks cheap and rushed. I would not recommend this service based on my experience. I hope you take this feedback seriously and improve the accuracy of your product representation and overall quality.

Salvy prepared two family bereavement arrangements and an urn wreath for our brother's funeral. We absolutely loved them. The colors and designs were stunning—complete with personal touches. Having the pictures of the arrangements will serve as a remembrance of the beauty that augmented the celebration of life of our brother.
