"The flowers were beautiful and really appreciated by the recipient. She sent me a photo and they were so fresh.
My complaint would be that I couldn’t get a receipt with the name of the person the flowers were going to. As I ordered for a group using my credit card I wanted the Invoice to collect the money. "

Love that this local florist sends you a picture of their final design! Is it more expensive than 800 flowers? Yes - but buying locally means supporting actual families - so Im ok with that. Quick service, beautiful designs, locally crafted and delivered.

Hi, I received the photo of my arrangement, and I'm disappointed because it looks substantially different from the arrangement I ordered from your website. I understand that substitutions may sometimes be necessary, but the vase, overall shape, greenery, and several of the flowers are quite different from the advertised arrangement. It doesn't feel like a reasonable representation of what I ordered. Could you please let me know what you can do to make this right? I'd appreciate either having the arrangement remade to more closely resemble the advertised design or an appropriate adjustment/refund. Thank you.

Today was the funeral I had to have flowers delivered today. I could not find anyone. Then I talked to a person at Salvy the Florist He was compassionate to my problem. With no time I quickly picked out a flower arrangement. He told me me of what sympathy flowers people use and made an arrangement just for me. It was so very beautiful. I was so happy my loved friend got such beautiful flowers on the day of the funeral.
