I hope the other flowers will fill out everything when they open. I have used you in the past and been extremely happy. Selecting the medium upgrade I was hoping that this would look more full from the start. I most likely would have went with more roses. Thank you for everything though. It looks lovely, just expected a little bit more for the upgrade this time around.

In the past, you guys have made incredible bouquets. However, this bouquet looks nothing like the picture. The picture had pink lilies not to mention I upgraded to a medium bouquet for an extra $20. That doesn't look like it's been upgraded. So needless to say, judging by this picture, if I'm to be perfectly honest, I'm not happy.
