I'm a little disappointed not to see white lilies and dusty miller (as shown in the photo on the arrangement I ordered). However I understand due to stock and short timeframe, that substitutions are necessary. Would have preferred to get a phone call alerting me to the substitutions though. This arrangement leans more pink instead of white, which isn't what I would have wished.

I was disappointed that the arrangement was very different than the picture show. I was aware that one type of flower was unavailable but there were no lily's and the greenery was different. I feel that it was filled with less expensive carnations and greenery. It was a day before order and the flowers were fresh which is why I gave three stars -also it's the first time I was disappointed in this company.

Beautiful flowers my friend loved them and they came just in Only downside is I needed to change the spelling of the deceased name and tried calling the florist multiple times and emailed and was unable to get a hold of anyone or make any changes

The flowers are beautiful. I ordered a medium bouquet so it would be full and lush. Since I will not be going to the funeral, I loved getting the picture after it was delivered. Ordering was easy on their website and was done last night at 11:00 pm and the flowers were delivered today by 3:00 pm. Thank you for your excellent service!
