I ordered the Fly Away Birthday Bouquet which shows a Happy Birthday Balloon attached. I received the bouquet but it does not have a balloon!

That is not the same vase as picture though I can not see it. Is that why? And there is more greenery than flowers. Does not even remotely look like the picture.

Now that my life is beginning to settle itself, I do want to tell you how pleased I was both with the two floral pieces that you provided. Find the memorial service of my husband. Loved these flowers sent to me from my brother and his family from FL. So nice that someone ordering from out of state can trust the flowers sent to be so beautiful. My dog crossed the rainbow bridge so the flowers made my day!

Not quite like the photo. Not a fan of the white basket as it was shown as more of a grapevine. This looks like an arrangement that is melting. Does not look like a $250 arrangement. But it is what it is.

Wow This looks so basic I am disappointed I saw better arrangement for less money on the website that I could not get to work on my phone Where is the sunflower ? Nothing in there is bright AUTUMN Horrible
