I called Terri's after I received a phone call from Another flower shop that I had ordered from informing me my delivery would not arrive on time, in fact it would arrive 2 days later than I needed them to, so I called Terri's at 1:45pm noticed on their website they were closing at 2pm, they took my call, made me a beautiful bouquet, sent a picture of the bouquet to me so I could see it and delivered it to my granddaughter that day .. I am so grateful for the personalized customer service, they went out of their their way to save the day .. and made a little girl feel special on her special day..
